Awarded Italian Government funding

District of Carosino in cooperation with Funny Dreamers has been awarded funding by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers "Department of Equal Opportunities", winning a contribution sponsored by UNAR for the development of the short documentary "Holm Alhijra", part of an inspirational project against racial discrimination.

This short documentary is part of a project that represents a moment of the path taken by a small community towards the total integration of non-EU citizens of its territory. Although small and without important economic realities, the municipality has welcomed families and individuals from all over the world over time. Today Carosino can be called a multicolor country.

This project wants to testify to the transition from integration to sharing/contamination.
