SYNOPSIS: 

Max receives a call phone from his sister for help. She hasn’t spoken to anybody for nearly a month since her husband Josh committed suicide. Anna has a big problem: her son Danny is still in shock and has stopped speaking. She asked Max to help her look after her home and two cats while she goes out of town to take her son to a specialist.

Max accepts for his nephew’s sake and for the admiration he has for his brother-in-law, a successful author of horror stories.

Max also makes the most of this vacation so he can continue with his writing, visit his good friend Chris, and rekindle an old flame with Liza, who is still madly in love with him.

What for Max should be a peaceful vacation, soon transforms into a terrifying nightmare; in his sister’s house, he discovers that Josh’s suicide is only the last of a series of suicides, caused by an ancient demon evoked by its first inhabitant: an old witch devoted to satan.
